ways atoms worked with gases, solids and liquids. They created their own posters to show their understanding on what they have learned. They used different materials to show how the atoms act. Students were asked to present two objects explaining whether the objects are physical or chemical change. As what have shown in the pictures here, they also tried to experiments real objects to perform these activities that were recorded in their journal or on their checklists or not at all discussing it in the class. There were some chosen few students who were asked to show a presentation in connection with the topics learned. After which students decided whether when its physical or chemical changes occurred in an object while doing an experi mentsFor the conclusions, we did some more research in multimedia, watched related topics in our Unit of Inquiry, writing some more reflections in our journal, sharing open ideas in our class in which part they felt difficult to learn and easy to picked up. So, in order to help them understand better, we did a “Summative assessments” in various ways: *Students did a scavenger hunt looking for several items; three solids, two liquids and one gas. (Observation) Students wrote in a worksheet about what the contents in the suitcase packed for a trip to the moon. They had to explain what and why they will take those objects for them to survive. They had to write as well what states of matter each object would be. They have to decide by themselves what learner’s profile and learner’s attributes that will help them on the moon. This is recorded in Teacher Checklist. *Using a connection task, students had a one-on-one exercise to the teacher by telling on what are the correct properties of materials and state of matter in the pictures shown to them. *A monthly summative test given to students. *We will also visit the science center in the future as we connect it to our new Unit of Inquiry. So,Social Media Directory we are able to look at some of the science projects they have been there which will bring all that we have learned together. we will also, re-visit all the experiments we have done throughout the unit and do some simple exercises and to see how much they absorbed.
